“My heart was racing out of control and I was scared. I was diagnosed with
atrial fibrillation. My doctors tried several medications and even had my heart
shocked back in to normal rhythm 13 times. The only thing that could help me was
an advanced heart procedure called an atrial fibrillation ablation. I was going
to have to travel out of state and wait six to eight months to have it done.
