COPE

If you are interested in Our Lady of the Lake's mental health or substance abuse services, the COPE department is your first point of contact. Our mental health professionals, supported by psychiatrists, assess individuals and make recommendations for treatment.

Call us to schedule an appointment or to notify us of your pending arrival. Calling first allows us to gather information to determine the best course of treatment for your particular situation and helps to minimize the wait time. Walk-ins will be sent to the Emergency Department.
