Elderly Housing

Our Lady of the Lake's Elderly Housing Complex consists of residential living apartments for people ages 62 years and older and income-eligible seniors.

The complex, comprised of Assisi Village, Calais House, Chateau Louise and Villa St. Francis, totals 262 apartments, each of which includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove, a living/dining room combination, one bedroom and a bath.

Built under the HUD Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, our mission includes serving senior adults who need financial assistance with housing, as well as providing services that enhance the resident's well-being.

Amenities and benefits include:

• Fenced and gated campus
• An onsite office
• Maintenance staff during the day and on-call personnel on evenings and weekends
• A campus courtesy officer on duty after office hours
• Laundry facilities are located in all apartment buildings
• A low-cost meal available Monday through Friday at noon
• St. Martha Activity Center, an onsite community building that offers social, spiritual, and health and wellness activities to residents and community seniors

• A service coordinator to assist residents with a wide variety of issues

Eligibility

Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income requirements to be eligible for residency. Please call for additional information or any questions you might have.
