Opened in 1972 as Assumption General Hospital, Our Lady of the Lake Assumption Community Hospital became a part of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in 1996. Whether you have private health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or are uncovered, this federal program ensures that we are able to provide needed services and critical care to the Assumption community.
